CREDENTIALS

Candace is a certified holistic health coach, founder of Wellness Life Plan LLC, and creator of The Gut Health Method. For over 18 years, she has helped women improve digestion, restore energy, and feel confident in their bodies — so eating feels supportive instead of stressful.

Her passion for nutrition and holistic health began more than 25 years ago while navigating her own health challenges. What started as personal research into how food affects the body became a lifelong commitment to helping other women understand their symptoms and make changes that truly support their health.

Candace left her corporate career to study nutrition and dietetics at Texas Woman’s University, later earning her certification in holistic health from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She is also certified in Integrative Nutrition through Columbia University, Teachers College, and is nationally accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.

After years of working closely with clients, Candace developed The Gut Health Method — a guided online program designed to help women address digestive concerns, improve energy, and feel better in their bodies through a clear, supportive framework.

Candace has shared her expertise on stages at companies including Samsung, Grant Thornton, and HKS, has led wellness workshops with Cancer Support Community, is a co‑author of Powerhouse Women: Dream to Succeed, and has been featured in American Way magazine.

Before transitioning into health and wellness, Candace worked as Vice President of Public Relations and Marketing for a national advertising agency and previously as a broadcast journalist. She holds a B.S. in Broadcast Journalism from Texas Christian University.

Candace lives in Dallas with her husband and daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys simple, grounding moments — nourishing meals, yoga, time outdoors, and travel whenever a beach and scuba diving are involved.
