Valentines Chocolate Bark

When I want something sweet, a little dark chocolate usually hits the spot. šŸ«ā €

But since it’s almost Valentine’s Day, I wanted to make something a special for myself. ā €

I mean dark chocolate is great and all, but when you add raspberries, almonds and toasted coconut, it definitely takes it to the next level. šŸ¤¤ā €
ā €
And this recipe is so quick… 🄰 only takes a few minutes to prep before you throw it in the freezer to harden. ā €
ā €

Dark Chocolate Bark with Raspberriesā €

Ingredients:ā €
1 cup cacao butter, chopped finelyā €
1/2 cup cacao powder, siftedā €
1/3 cup pure maple syrup or raw honey Pinch of sea saltā €
1/4 cup chopped raw almondsā €
1/2 cup toasted coconut flakesā €
ā €
Directions:ā €
1. Meanwhile, place cacao butter in a medium heatproof bowl set over a medium saucepan of simmering water (do not let water touch bowl). Stir cacao butter until melted. Remove from heat.ā €
2. Stir in sifted cacao powder, maple syrup or honey and sea salt. ā €
3. Pour cacao mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with nuts, coconut and berries.
4. Freeze 30 minutes or until set. Break into pieces and store in freezer. ā €
5. Enjoy a little at a time
